irisandClaude Sonnet ceabd00805 E5: package app/shellApp without Gradle (cargo xtask apk)
New xtask/ crate (no deps) runs cargo ndk -> javac -> d8 -> aapt2 ->
zipalign -> apksigner directly, signed with the same key build-apk.sh
uses. Both pass conditions proved on the ai-app-2 emulator: the xtask
APK installs over the Gradle-built shellApp, and the notification
service starts and posts a real notification while backgrounded.

Adds one printRuntimeClasspathJars task to shellApp/build.gradle.kts
(and a matching signingConfig) -- the one disclosed Gradle call the
xtask still makes, to resolve the AndroidX/​:link dependency graph.
That call's Kotlin compilation of :link as a side effect also answers
E3's open kotlinc question, so no Java port of ServerStore was needed.
Wires a second Apk component into .dev-updater.ron beside the existing
one. Full writeup in RUST.md's E5 box.

irisandClaude Fable 5.1 3c3b4e62fd Declare build modes and the Enroll command for Dev Updater
modes: [release, debug], release first as the default; build-apk.sh
already takes the mode as its last argument, which is how Dev Updater
passes it. enroll: goes through server/enroll-link.sh rather than the
binary directly, because the command is handed the app's mode too and
because the server may have been built in either profile -- the wrapper
ignores the word and takes whichever ai-server exists, release first.

iris b172c464ea ai-app: a phone interface to Claude Code and llama.cpp sessions
A Rust backend that owns the sessions and an Android app that reads them.
The server spawns and adopts CLI processes, normalises everything they emit
into one event model, keeps the transcript, and serves it over pinned TLS on
a WireGuard interface; the phone streams that, replies, sends images, and
imports conversations the machine already has.

`AGENTS.md` is the working guide -- what runs where, what has been measured,
and the faults that were expensive to find. `PLAN.md` is the design record.

History before this point was squashed away. It was a personal project's
running commentary and carried a name and a couple of machine paths that
have no business in a public repository; the tree is what mattered and the
tree is here.
